1. Are the products safe to use?
Yes, they are. We only use food-safe glazes on our products.
2. Are handmade ceramic products dishwasher safe?
Absolutely! Our stoneware pieces are fired at high temperatures, making them durable. So yes, they can go straight into the dishwasher!
Please note, however, that water can collect in the foot or stem of certain pieces, such as footed bowls and wine cups, and may not drain completely during the wash cycle. For these items, we recommend hand washing.
3. Are the dishes microwave safe?
For sure they are!
4. An item is sold out in the online shop. When will the next batch be available?
What a shame! Making a ceramic piece is a slow process. Turning a lump of clay into a finished piece involves shaping, a long drying period, a bisque firing, glazing, and finally a second firing to finish the glaze.
So it's no wonder that making new pieces takes time and that the shelves are sometimes empty! I'll always do my best to let you know as soon as new batches become available.

5. Can I pick up my order from the shop?
Unfortunately, I don't have a physical shop or pick-up point, so all orders are shipped by post.
My small home studio is nestled on the edge of the forest, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is where my ceramics are made, surrounded by peaceful rural landscapes and a slower pace of life. Truly slow living.
